½ cup water
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
¼ cup olive oil or oil of your choice
1 cup rice milk or milk of your choice
1. Preheat pan/griddle/waffle iron.
2. In a large mixing bowl, blend water, vinegar, oil and milk on medium speed for 10 seconds.
3. Add pancake and waffle mix and blend on medium speed for 30 seconds or until batter is smooth.
4. Add to pan/griddle/waffle iron and cook to desired readiness.
